We base our entire business on "customer service".  Yes, you hear that all the time, but just ask the person in charge of picture day for your school, the principal, most parents or any parent that had a problem with their photographs.  We get ALL of our schools by referrals.

One of the most important things we do is with the children.  We spend a few minutes with each child to make them relax and more importantly, feel good about themselves.  We also fix each child's hair and straighten out their clothing while joking and making friends with them.  MOST of the students remember Ralph Panagrosso from year to year.
